When you log into Plesk click the &#039;Modules&#039; link under &#039;System in the left menu. One of the modules listed is the firewall. Once in the firewall you&#039;ll see a list of current rules. Click the &#039;Edit Firewall Config&#039; button at top. Then add a &#039;Custom rule&#039; based on the image above. Once saved you then need to activate the change.
If correct then Director should be able to connect straight away.
